Eat to maintain weight loss

Often, I find, always seems to eat. This does not mean that the first pain of hunger, I mean to do crazy things in my mouth, only to pre-plan, healthy snacks nearby. Learning to eat as often and not to increase the weight.



10.00 clock snacks, fruit, yogurt, bagels. I tried to wait until 10:00 clock for my taste, but if I was really hungry I'll go eat at 9:00. I cut recently bagels. I noticed that eating a giant bagel (300 calories) every day, and I always sleep very soon after. I do not know if it deserves a link, but if you notice excessive sleepiness or other symptoms that weird, it's just to check what you eat.

Lunch: 11:30-1:30 clock (depending on whether I'm hungry). Guess what? If I was not hungry until 3:00, then when I eat. I love mixing soups, salsa tuna, something wrapped in a tortilla, or what I brought. You eat, but not often.

All I want is usually not between my breakfast and dinner, but if I'm hungry I eat. This is not cast in concrete, it's just my normal routine.


The night is just so hungry, I rarely eat after dinner. During the week, when I think I am hungry and can not drink water after 9:00 pm, or have an apple or a cucumber. This is usually the treatment. I also want to decide, sometimes, (h) of starvation. It would kill me to feel a little hungry, hungry, and then, and is probably not really hungry, but always emotionally, if food is not really helping too.

Yes, this is the fruits rich in natural sugar. Well what is not so hung up, what you eat or the different nutrients that you will find here real food. Fruit is not a bad thing. If you are diabetic and need to pay more attention to the level of blood sugar, it helps to stabilize a protein pair fruit glycemic load.

I have broken the habit of eating more calories after 5:00 PM my years. Now I eat all day, and it is almost evening, on weekends. It works for me, but I try to eat clean, that little processed foods or fast, because when I dive to start small bars of chocolate, French fries, or eat a few days, want to start over.

My theory is that if food prices) (nutrient-poor (because usually in processed foods) are more nutrients in my body, even if it has enough calories. This may explain why we can eat and still very hungry, or be hungry after eating a big meal. Think about it. Did you eat good, nutritious food, or if you have something to eat fried dough, dipped in sweet sauce, or dripping with grease? nutrients, good, or simply delicious ?

If someone brings something incredibly special, but I am for the breakfast is complete, it will take some on a plate, and later, when I'm hungry again. Hunger continues to be repeated.

If you think you're still hungry (and believe me I am there), then keep a food diary (see Food & Fitness calendar in the Tools section) for a few days to see something you learn to eat. It may be a lack of nutrients, making it possible to be still hungry after eating also explains many foods.

Try EFT on direct request, if a strike. It only delays your diet for a few minutes to try and see if the desire, even somewhat decreased. If so eat slowly and enjoy what you have chosen. You can see just with less but enjoy more satisfying.
