Fast food can help you more muscle or fat?

Especially if you're a natural bodybuilder, fan, or just be an average Joe / Jane looking to build muscle, weight gain in quality or body to burn fat, always on the lookout for any advice, tips and techniques that could help us achieve our goals of strengthening the body. Unfortunately, there are many studies that may be the weight trainers, their confidence in the interpretation totally misleading or incorrect. In a recent issue of the magazine Flex, will focus on two specific studies, which I think fits this description. For the first study, published in International Journal of Obesity and Related Metabolic study states that the speed with which you can find to eat your meals at the height of the influence of body fat for you. Researchers the National Institutes of Health and Nutrition in Tokyo evaluated by the Food and vote, and the amount of food carried by about 1,700 female subjects whose body mass index eaten .... These indicated that the faster the subjects tend to eat their meals, and body mass index, and therefore their obesity.
The second study mentioned in the same newspaper, was included in the journal Prevention is absolutely the same conclusion that the faster you eat more fat than you earn more than those with higher blood glucose (sugar) and insulin.
Here is my problem with studies like this: anyone who can climax might think this would be misled if they wish to maintain low body fat and have a diet higher in calories needed to increase muscle and the burden of construction quality, you must eat slowly, and alls well. But it fails to consider this study to review. If I were a guy, bet, I would say that was not necessarily eat fast food that attract these issues more body fat that make normal. What should be considered is, the sooner we will be eating food is more likely to eat a little more. Period. Then of course, if you eat more food or more parties, which means you eat more total calories. And if you eat more calories than you want to happen, would guess what? Will be provided in body fat. What happens if you eat fast or slow. I do not know how you talk, but I know many people who are slow as molasses when it comes to food, and have the courage to face several meters in front and side, if I understand.
Bottom line, I would say that many of the texts, I always up to the total number of calories if muscle or weight gain affected.
