A healthy diet, sprinkled with the exercise

There was a time when we could call those who tried to eat right, Health Nuts, as though there was definitely something wrong with them. You would think that the idea of eating healthy food converted to homemade biscuits instead of the species. As the country becomes more and more obese, more people with disabilities, most patients with chronic diseases such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes and cancer, we recognize that this was wrong and crazy American plan. Large parts of the load of saturated fat of meat such as hamburgers, drinks full of high fructose syrup, starch and bread many whites have the body and our blood-pressure balloon.
The irony is that eating healthy is absolutely delicious, and this will give us thinner, healthier and can be active and dynamic, and even live longer. But work is needed, especially some of the design.

First, your basic nutrition in a variety of fruits and vegetables. Stick with whole grains, preferably 100% whole grain cereal, bread and pasta. Start with the sugary cereal in the morning, like corn flakes or oatmeal. Add some almonds or walnuts, sprinkle some berries on top. Enjoy.
Make a big, beautiful salad for lunch. Salads can be wonderful, if you start with some great ingredients. The salads are more than just a salad, can do much more with avocado, tomato, peppers, carrots, green onions - be creative and add whatever you like! I would like to toast the almonds friendly in. Try these little dried cranberries or raisins. Add a can of beans, well drained of all kinds
I do not know, I think I have my own food, but I think it is an occasional chips and homemade cookies or gourmet chocolate candy to exercise restraint and eating vegetables.
